Objective

The objective of the project is to build a website for managing Real Estate portal where user should be able to create sub domains/agencies where each sub domains can have their own listing and their custom designed websites with the inbuilt themes or with a fresh design, which should work similar as an individual website. That is, to have multiple sub domain website for each registered with the corporate website with less coding.

Challenges

• Sub domain module integration where the site administrator can have any number of sub domain sites, Admin can have the ability to create a non-sub domain agency also for which the listings/ products can be listed under the corporate website.
• The Private listing module includes the ability to add (Display homes, Builder, Developer, Land Estates, Agent Profile, Vacant lands, Manage listings).
• User management (Site administrator, Vendor, Member, Agent.
• Xml parser (Bulk uploading of listing stored as xml in a location)
• Suburb/Location management
• CMS – to manage page contents and ability to add page dynamically for site administrator.
• PayPal payment integration (recurring payments also)
• URL rewriting
• Integrating the 'Twitter' / 'Face book' other social media integrations
